DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Jewelry by DeCory prides themselves with selecting the high quality, ethically sourced materials and giving great attention during the fabrication process of your chosen piece. We guarantee that our pieces are crafted with care, carefully inspected during the finishing process, and are free from known defects. We will repair or replace your piece of jewelry at no cost to you if we determine that the defect resulted during the fabrication process for a period of six months from the date of purchase.
WHAT IF I DAMAGE MY PIECE AND NEED REPAIR?
You can rest assured that if you accidentally damage your piece, Jewelry by DeCory will be glad to repair or replace it. Once the damage is assessed a quote will be given for the cost of the repair.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE RING. WILL JEWELRY BY DECORY RESIZE IT OR SHOULD I TAKE IT TO MY LOCAL JEWELER?
Please, please contact us! We understand how difficult it can be to buy a ring online and even the best intentioned partner can choose the wrong size. For this reason, we offer one complementary resizing of any ring, if you purchased your piece in our online store. We are happy to resize your ring for FREE!
Obtaining an accurate ring size can be difficult and we suggest that you be sized by your local jeweler prior to ordering a ring. A wide band in a size 6 will fit more snugly than a narrow band in the same size, so such factors must be considered. Other factors such as temperature, salt intake, exercise, and travel can also have a dramatic effect on your finger size. Please know that there is no such thing as a ring that fits perfectly at all times and under every condition. We will do our best to work with you to get the best fit possible. THIS ORDER IS A GIFT. CAN YOU PROVIDE A GIFT MESSAGE?
We can definitely include a gift message! Just let us know what to say and we will include it on a cards. We do not include a paper receipt so they never need to know how much you spent!
I'VE LOST AN EARRING. CAN I ORDER A REPLACEMENT?
If you've lost an earring, please contact us if you'd like to purchase a replacement.
