SHIPPING & HANDLING

All jewelry is handcrafted by Doug in the Jewelry by DeCory studio. I take pride in craftsmanship and want you to love wearing your jewelry. If you have any questions about your order or about the pieces on the website, please contact Doug and he'll get back to you within 24hrs.

Most jewelry will usually ship within 1 - 2 business days. Each Custom Made to order piece of jewelry is hand fabricated when your ordered is received, so Doug cannot guarantee exact ship dates. He typically gives a 1 - 2 weeks shipping window due to fabrication time, but this can increase during holidays. If you have a time sensitive request, please contact Doug prior to purchase and he'll do everything he can to accommodate your needs.

All orders shipped within South Dakota are subject to 6.2% sales tax. 

US SHIPPING (WITH TRACKING)

Any orders over $50 will include FREE Shipping

Shipping methods include:

• USPS Priority Class  ( 2-3 day service)
• USPS Ground Advantage ( 5-8 day service)

At this time, I only ship USPS within the continental US. Shipping times exclude weekends and holidays. Please note Jewelry by DeCory is not responsible for shipping delays once it is in the carriers possession.

PACKAGE PROTECTION 

If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim.
