My Story

Most jewelry sold in the US is mass produced in large faceless overseas factories with no real connection to their customers or the communities. At Jewelry by DeCory I design and produce every single one of these creations locally, and the designs are meant to represent aspects of the beautiful area in which I live and the people who live here in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I use this jewelry as a way of teaching artists in the area to make jewelry, and to hand down the skill of jewelry making to the next generation. I want our customers to be proud of the jewelry they wear and support local craftsmen and women with a living wage at the same time.

My company, Jewelry By DeCory, is local, reliable, and I create a quality product, on time, with a guarantee. I design and create every piece of our jewelry in my Rapid City, SD facility, using pride and handcrafted workmanship. I am proud of the area I live, and am dedicated on promoting the area and the people in a positive way, through wearable art that is accompanied with educational video stories.
